ALAIN WAHA

Co-founder & Digital Visionary

Alain has a passion for building businesses that mobilise technology to bring innovative solutions. His career started in Aerospace and Automotive, deploying new business models and information systems.  Alain transferred to the construction industry in 2008 as CEO of Atlas industries, then CEO and founder of a further 2 start-up in BIM and Digital services. 

 

Alain also sits on advisory boards for VC funds, #contech and #protech start-ups, and is the co-founder of the Process Innovation Forum.

CHRISTIAN KRAUSE

Co-founder & Managing Director

Christian has worked in the construction industry for 20+ years. He has been led and built business units of leading German and international construction firm, through all phases of the economic cycle, including international expansion and complex restructurings. An accomplished Executive Manager of Operations, with expertise in developing client relations and streamlining the delivery of services domestically and in all major international arenas.

JAN STEUERL

 Partner

Jan brings 20+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects. His expertise lies in Project Delivery, Project Governance, Project Controls, Organization, and their digitization throughout the entire project lifecycle. Jan has worked for various EPC/contractor companies, client organizations, and consulting firms. The combination of his acquired experiences allows him to individually identify the right solution approach.

ZDENKA DOBOSOVA

M&A Director

Zdenka brings 10+ years of experience in M&A and Deals Strategy advisory, covering both sell-side and buy-side aspects, in the UK and internationally.

 

Having successfully supported clients on 70+ deals during her tenure at PwC Transaction Services and OC&C Strategy, she joins Cogital to steer our M&A and investment services.

TOM BAKER

Technology Director

​Tom has 10+ years experience in technology implementation. He has a strong track record in product management, agile software development, and in OpsDev. ​

​

Having led large-scale development projects such as ITVplayer.com and Nintendo's first e-store, Tom moved to the world of startups with SaturnF1.com

​

Tom joined the team to build our first platform Cogital.io, and advise Cogital clients on AI Solution and Technology Architecture.
